Payments and Ordering Information

ONLINE ORDERS CAN BE FACILITATED TROUGH...EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE OR LIVE CHAT WITH cs@suarezweddingrings.com.

7 steps to complete online order :

1. Select designs from website and request for price using Contact Form.
2. Finalize details and specs of desired order with cs@suarezweddingrings.com.
3. We will require 30% down payment to book your order. Payments may be made through :
• PAYPAL - inform us and we will send the billing statement to your email address. Open billing statement and follow the steps to complete paypal payment. We will confirm one email has been received.
• WIRE TRANSFER/BANK TO BANK - We will provide Account details upon request. Fax or email deposit slip.
4. We will send you a copy of your Contract Order which indicates at all specifications of your order upon receipt of your down payment.
5. Please carefully review to make sure all details are correct, then confirm with us. Then we will proceed with production.
6. Allow 15 working days to process your order(RUSH ORDERS will have add on charges).
7. You can claim the rings and pay the remaining balance at any of our branches nationwide nearest to you. Or we can also deliver the ring directly to your address(through DHL/Fedex) but we require full payment and freight charges before delivery.
